We take over once your products arrive at our facility, your freight forwarder is responsible for reaching out to us 72 hours prior to delivery to us. When it comes to outbound to Amazon, we highly recommend sticking with Amazon’s partnered carriers as they have the best competitive rates. Shipments are arranged by you in your sellers central account. Labels and BOL’s will then be attached to your outbound order and we will prep, stage, and load your products accordingly.
As of now, we do not handle items containing lithium batteries, hazardous materials, food, or temperature controlled items.
Like Amazon FBA facilities, with the fluctuations in the value and commodities in our warehouses at any given point in time, we can not ensure sufficient coverage of the goods within our warehouses. For these reasons, we recommend all clients procure their own insurance coverage.

Question's About Fulfillment
Pick and pack order fulfillment is when the fulfillment provider physically finds the items from your inventory warehouse and packs them to ship to your customer. There are fees associated with these services that may vary per item, per order, or a combination of both rates.
